Email support@apphive.tech for anything coif-related. Include your iOS version and, if possible, a screenshot — it helps us get you a useful answer on the first reply.

What we can help with

  • Subscriptions & billing. Restore purchases, change plan, cancel, or request a refund. Billing is handled by Apple, so refunds are issued through the App Store — we can walk you through the exact steps.
  • Account & data deletion. You can delete your account directly from Settings in the app. Email us for a formal data export or if you need help removing a specific generated look.
  • Bugs & generation issues. Preview not returning, wrong style applied, face shape mis-read, or the app crashing — send us a screenshot and a one-line description.
  • Feature requests. Want a style, category, or face shape we don’t cover yet? We read every request and ship based on demand.

Manage your subscription

To change or cancel a coif Pro subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe the charge was in error, email us and we’ll help.
